The 'Girls in SciTech' initiative launched on January 10, 2025, with a kick-off event uniting high school girls, experts, and policymakers to address gender disparities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) through discussions and inspiring role models. Developed with input from SCRIPT, which helped connect the initiative to schools, each month throughout the year, a video featuring a female scientist will be released to further encourage and empower young women to pursue STEM careers, emphasizing diversity's role in innovation and societal transformation. This initiative reflects a sustained commitment to breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity in science and technology fields.
